Full Body Home Workout

Hey all.

Here we go again.

Short and sharp.

Today I’m giving you a challenging workout for you to try at home.

It takes no more than 20 mins

You need no equipment

You don’t even have to leave the house!

Not got time to exercise today? I don’t think so.

Here it is:

Warm up – jog up stairs/march on the spot for 2-3 mins.

Circuit:

Press Ups

Air Squats

Tricep Chair Dips

Alternate Leg Reverse Lunges

Press Up Holds (5-10s at bottom)

Star Jumps

High Knees

Plank

Perform each exercise for 60s and complete all exercises in a row. Rest for 60s and then repeat.

Cool down

Slow marching on spot/walk for 2 mins and static stretches

There we are!

Do something similar to this 2-3 times a week and you’ll get some great benefits and see some improvements.
