Revitalise Programme (Semi Private)

For those looking to train in a small group, a great place to meet likeminded people and have fun while you train. You will be training in a group of 4-5.

We have groups running throughout the week Monday-Saturday (mornings/days/evening), you will be informed of the exact times by Jamie.

Here’s what you get:

  • Initial consultation and lifestyle screening
  • Body and nutrition analysis
  • 2 x 45 min sessions a week with Jamie or one of the coaches
  • Fun workouts where every exercise has a purpose
  • A great and relaxed atmosphere to train at
  • Digital copy of Jamie’s cookbook ‘Eat Yourself Healthy – 100 Recipes’ as well as accompanying meal plan and guide to help you stick to your plan
  • Weekly food diary feedback

12 Week Fast Fitness (30 min) Sessions (paid every 12 weeks)

1 Session P/W = £110

2 Sessions P/W = £220

Train in a group of 3-4 for less than £10 a session.

These sessions run on weekday mornings and evenings.

You can put yourself and friend(s)/family members on the waiting list or if there’s a group available you can get started straight away.

 


Buddy Training (2 People)

Option 1: Monthly Signature Training (paid by direct debit/cash at the start of each month) 

The best value for money package and my most popular. For those who are serious about their health and fitness and want to maintain a health lifestyle. 

1 Session P/W = £151 / £75.5 each

2 Sessions P/W = £303 / £151.5 each

3 Sessions P/W = £455 / £227.5 each

Minimum term 3 months

 

Option 2: 12 Week Signature Package (can be paid in 2/3 blocks)

1 Session P/W = £456 / £228 each

2 Sessions P/W = £912 / £456 each

3 Sessions P/W = £1368 / £684 each

 

Option 3: Monthly Fast Fitness Sessions (paid by direct debit/cash at the start of each month) 

For those short on time but looking for amazing results and fitness gains

Fast fitness sessions for those of you who want the same benefits while spending less time in the gym. My fast fitness sessions last 30 minutes and are more intense, you must first have a reasonable level of fitness to train this way.

1 Session P/W = £108 / £54 each

2 Sessions P/W = £216 / £108 each

3 Sessions P/W = £325 / £162.5 each
