Three Foods You Should Eat Every Day

Eat just these three foods and you will lose 10 pounds in a week!!
Just kidding, I sound like one of those infomercials or heaven forbid a ‘erbalife’ salesman or a fad diet ‘expert’.
I don’t have anything that dramatic for you today (that’s the stuff my paying clients get ;-)) but I have got a bit of free advice for you to get your teeth into.
Three health foods which are packed with goodness, nutrition and will give you the building blocks to be a healthier you.
Eating these every day or at least most days will give you a big boost.
Okay so innnnnnnn 1:
Eggs – What a hole lot of nutrition packed into one beautiful oval. One of my clients has hens and has been giving me fresh eggs the last few weeks. They are absolutely delicious. Their versatile, scramble, boil or poached give you a healthy breakfast option or a filling addition to your other meals. Packed full of good fats and a good source of protein.
Innnnnnn 2:
Broccoli – Midget trees as Mr Wicks would call them. They really are a filling veg, in my opinion are tasty and again packed full of low calorie goodness. Fiber, calcium, potassium and vitamin C just to name a few. Be careful not to boil away the goodness, lightly steamed is best.
Finally innnnnnn 3:
Oily Fish – So many people don’t eat fish (take a fish oil supplement if you can’t stomach it) and miss out on all of it’s heart healthy goodness. These are the good fats you hear me and many other banging on about. Salmon, mackerel, sardines are good sources. Don’t miss trout! (another good oily fish). You don’t need to eat these every day though, a few times a week is great.
So that’ll do it! No information overload just 3 good additions to your diet.
