As you know your weight can fluctuate on a day to day basis.
There are a tonne of factors which influence your weight (I’m not going to go into them as I did a couple of weeks ago)
For me as I’ve said countless times I’m not a massive fan of using scale weight as the main measure of progress, due to the above factors which can change it by the hour as well as people get obsessed about it.
But I also know people like to see their weight go down, it makes them happy and feel like they’re doing well.
Of course not losing weight brings on the opposite feelings (despite sometimes they feel better, sleep better, have more energy and are fitter).
What I have for you today is a Weight Loss Day
As stated, your weight can change day to day. Some days you’re heavier at the end and some you are lighter, it’s often not very much of a difference but over days, weeks and months is when you start to see a big difference (for better or worse).Ā

I’m not promising you’re going to lose 5 pounds in a day or any of that nonsense but you may lose half a pound, or maybe 1. Repeat it tomorrow, you may be on 2 and so on. If you find it was pretty easy to follow then maybe you’ll try it for the week.
Let me know if you try it and how you’ve got on.
Weight Loss Day:
Breakfast –Ā Either skip it or have 2 boiled eggs
Lunch –Ā Large green salad with chicken breast (if hungry)
DinnerĀ – White fish, asparagus, spinach, green beans and a small portion 2-3oz of rice or potatoes
Snacks (if needed) –Ā Boiled egg, celelry, small handful of nuts, apple
Drink –Ā 2-3 litres of water (excluding hot drinks)
For a little bonus try and do a little 30 minute exercise session, circuit/swim/walk/cycle
How does that sound?
I send this email out at 6am so if you’ve got the food in the house then you can try it again, have a good day before the weekend hits.
Let me know how you get on?
If you want to be taken care of every day then you can join my one-one personal training package. It’s the real deal. Here are all of the details:
I’ve got a few spaces available, mainly in the morning and early afternoon.
Have a good weekend,
Jamie Stedman
