My Mammy Has Strong Knees

Revitalise plan member Nicola told me that her son was telling his friend all about her new strong knees.
Nicola has been training with myself alongside her partner in crime and friend Sarah for the last few months and both are doing great!
One thing I pride myself on is the ability to change people’s attitude towards exercise.
I’ve had people in who’re allergic to exercise and I’ve given them the cure 😉
You see people’s attitude towards exercise usually stems from past experience (bad ones) and perception.
People think that exercise is all about lycra clad skinny people posing in the mirror. If you want that then you can find it easy enough but not with me.
I specialise in a fun, friendly environment, no wall to wall mirrors, no military style fitness, no aggressive dieting just people getting a little bit healthier, a little bit lighter (if their goal) and having some fun in the process.
Exercise should have a part to play in everyone’s lives, I like to try and show people where it goes (without taking over your life).
Nicola and Sarah weren’t allergic to exercise but they won’t mind me saying it wasn’t top of their priority lists with busy work lives and families.
Since the turn of the year they’ve upped their training to two x 45 min sessions a week and they’re going from strength to strength.
Getting fitter, stronger, healthier and losing weight as a result.
She was telling her son how much stronger her knees are becoming after all of her squatting in training. He proceeded to give her some coaching points (future trainer maybe) and then telling his friend about how well mum is doing.

I’m pleased to announce that I now offer sessions every morning and evening Monday-Thursday as well as a full day of training Friday so there’s plenty of availability.
