Earlier this year I relaunched my small group training program into REVITALISE

We are continually working on it to improve the plan and improve the results we get with clients.

I had a question the other day:

‘What makes your plan different, what do you get with it?’

Well firstly I’m going to let you in on a little secret.

It’s not anything complex, it’s not a magic discovery I came across.

You’ll be in Groups of 3-6 people, a great place to meet likeminded people and have fun while you train.
Groups running throughout the week Monday-Saturday (mornings/days/evening)
