As you may or may not know as well as offering personal training services at my studio in bynea I help to put people back together via sports massage.
Sports massage or deep tissue massage isn’t just for people who play sports or have a specific injury. I can pretty much guarantee that every one of you including myself could benefit from semi regular sports massage.
I get over double the amount of office/desk workers through my doors as I do sports people.
Stiff neck, pain between the shoulder blades, a band of tension across the lower back…. sound familiar?
With the inactive lifestyle we have made for ourselves these sort of problems are common place. 
Not to mention the neck problems caused by staring at our phones for hours a day.
