Birthday Workout!

Today is a very special day!
I’ve reached the ripe old age of 29!
As a present for my loyal followers I want to give you something.
It’s a core (as in key, not abs) workout which I use to really good effect with my clients.
It’s some of the key exercises which I personally think should be in every single person’s program.
Here it is:
You need some floor space and a pair of Dumbbells (DBS) (if you haven’t use tins or water bottles)
1. DB Squats 
2. DB Shoulder Press
3. DB Deadlift 
4. DB Upright Rows
5. DB Reverse Lunge
6. Kneeling/Full Press ups
7. Lying Glute Bridges
8. Reverse Sit Ups
Spend 45s-60s on each exercise – have 10-15s to move into the next exercise and perform all 8 in a row.
Repeat 2-4 times.
A cracking workout that will work you top to bottom.
Just google any exercises you don’t know.
Anyway I have a morning ahead of me and then I believe I shall be eating some cake.
