My biggest struggle since I’ve been in the fitness industry is getting clients to stick to a healthy diet.
The exercise bit they pick up pretty quick.
Majority of people try or have tried to lose weight at some point in their life.
For some their weight goes up and down like a yo-yo.
Serial dieters (not cereal)
From cabbage soup, to atkins, to 5:2 to juice plus every few months.
These people know how to lose weight fast but not how to keep it off.
This has made think about how I can have a more positive effect on my clients and other people to help them reach that target weight.
I put up nutrition tips on facebook, via email and I talk to clients in training and look at their food diaries.
But I’m going to try something else.
It’s a slimming club.
I’ll be running it one day a week and it goes along with the rules and advice of close friend and master personal trainer Richard Clarke from Swansea.
This will help you if:
- You struggle for energy all the time
- You have sleeping problems
- You’ve tried many different diets with limited success over the years
- You want to learn how to enjoy your food while still losing weight
