Hey!
I’ve been in the old fitness industry for nearly 4 years now.
2012 I qualified as a PT and started my fitness career.
It’s been good, it’s been bad, it’s been eventful and it’s been frustrating.
One of the hardest parts of this type of work is that you’ve got to constantly keep up with the pace. E.g. new studies, new exercises, new equipment, new classes, new competition and loads more.
The health and fitness world is constantly evovling and you’ve got to keep up.
I always have a ‘to do list’ (it’s getting bigger and bigger) – one of the things on the list was starting a community class.
The slimming club will be starting in September (more details soon) and I’m also looking to start
A brand new fitness class
I’ve sounded out a couple of venues and I want to start in september after the summer holidays.
I’m after a bit of feedback from you so I’d really welcome a few comments/replies on this one.
My plan is to do the class on a Friday night. Friday night can be a bit hit and miss in the exercise world but it’s going to be just 35-40 mins long.
Perfect way to set you up for the weekend.
These will be ‘Quick Fit’ sessions aimed at getting the biggest results in a short period of time.
I’ll be looking to start the class at around 5:30pm and cost around £3.50, you can go to the first session for free and you can save money by setting up a monthly payment.
If you could let me know:
– If you’re interested
– If the time suits you
– What sort of things would you want from such a class
Prices and all those details will be announced sooner to the time.
Let me know what you think.
