Which would you rather be?
December is nearly upon us, it’s half way through the week which means we’ve really got about three and a half weeks until most finishes work for the holiday season!
I love the Christmas season but it is probably the most difficult time of the year to stick to your diet and exercise habits.
Constant nights out, meals out and tempting treats cluttering every supermarket shelf. Tough right?
The good news is you don’t need to be a saint this Christmas, my clients and I will still be indulging in the delights of Christmas without it having too negative an affect on our results.
You see even if you’re eating out 2-3 times a week and having your advent calendar chocolate every morning but you’re exercising and eating well around it you can still continue to progress.
This is what I teach clients on my Revitalise program (which is launching officially next year) to do successfully.
Meaning you can have your mince pie (cake) and eat it!
More good news is I actually have a few last minute slots open up on my program. You will be in groups of 3-5 of people of similar ability.
Minimum one session a week and prices start from £40 a month. This will be going up next year so it’s a good time to snap up the last few places of 2018.

Monday 7:30am (1 place)
Mondays 5:30pm and 6:15pm(starting next year)
Tuesdays 5:30pm (1 place) and 7:00pm (1 place)

If you want to give it a shot then reply and let me know which sessions you can make.
Also through the month of December you can try a taster session for just £5
Starting now could be the difference between being half a stone lighter or half a stone heavier (at least) by January 2019.
Have a good week,
