Learned Lots Of New Things, Feel Stronger & Enjoy Training Again

I had a lovely message from member Emma not so long ago.
Emma has been doing amazing in training this year and has lost nearly 3 stone just this year!
That’s a life changing amount and you can see the massive confidence boost it’s given her.
This was her message:
‘I just wanted to thank you for the positive impact you have had on my fitness in the last 6 months.  
I achieved and learned lots of new things. I feel stronger, my balance has improved and I actually enjoy training again, something I hadn’t done for a considerable while. I had forgotten how much I enjoyed structured training to be honest. 
From past experience I have found that for me just getting my brain in gear and putting aside the fear of judgement is the first difficult step in getting back to getting fitter. You have been so very helpful and supportive and I’m so glad I signed up with you.  
Thank you for your support, I really appreciate the effort you put into helping and advising me.’
A lovely message and a very interesting point about how she put aside the fear of judgment and just took that leap of faith. The first step is often the most difficult one.
