Exciting news.
Next month I shall be holding a nutrition seminar at my gym in Bynea, Llanelli.
As you notice from my regular blog posts a lot of the advice I give is based around diet and nutrition, what to do and what not to do.
Why do I talk about it so much?
Because the majority of people get it wrong, and judging by the obesity crisis we face here in the UK catastrophically wrong!
So here are the details about the seminar, I’d love you to attend.

The aim of this seminar is to:

  • Provide clarity on what sort of foods are the best for weight loss

  • Explore the importance of calories
  • Look into portion sizes and the amount of food you should be eating
  • Discuss how you can use different tactics such as supplements, fasting and exercise to aid your weight loss

  • Info on the best way to eat out and stay on plan
  • Look into ‘cheat meals/days’ and see how they can help/hinder your results
  • Advice on supplements and the best ones to take
  • Take the confusion away on how to eat and set you up for long term healthy eating not FAD diets or eating BORING diet foods
  • Massively speed up your results and stop you from wasting your hard earned time and energy in the gym without seeing results
