Good news is I have had a few openings in my small group training groups.
How they work:
– Groups of 3-5 similar ability
– 45 min sessions
– Varied training combining CV fitness, circuit training, strength training, core training
– Accompanying diet plan to stick to
– Weight and measurements monitored (if you wish) throughout
– Access to private group to submit food diaries, ask questions and given advice from me on home workouts, new recipes and more
– Run in 12 week blocks
– Cost: Ā£10 per session. Ā£120 every 12 weeks for one session, Ā£240 for 2 weekly sessions
I started these sessions around 10 weeks ago, it’s been great so far. The three groups on Tuesday evening are flying along!
Why do it?
I started these as a much more easier financial alternative of one-one training.
But, due to the size of the group you get so much more guidance and support than attending your generic fitness classes and having a one size fits all pasting off the instructor.
This is more personal and tailored to what you NEED not what you think you need.
Sessions available:
Mondays 7:30am and 5:45pmĀ
Tuesdays 8:00amĀ
Wednesdays: 7:30am and 12:00pm
Thursdays: 6:00amĀ
Fridays: 8:30am
Also if you have a friend or family member who wants to join then let me know and they can come too providing their fit and able to exercise and there is space in the group.
If you’ve tried every class going (zumba, insanity, circuits, bootcamp, boxfit etc etc) and you want to give something new a go then come and give it a try.
