Train The Same Remain The Same

Can you think of someone or a few people maybe who are at the gym all the time?
Regular as clockwork, same time every single day.
So committed, they’re in great shape right?
Ummm
Often not.
You see (we aren’t talking nutrition today) many people are members of gyms for years, train for hours a week and don’t get out of it what they deserve.
The body is a clever thing and it needs to be shocked the right way, a well thought out training plan is essential for results.
If you spend your workout hopping from one cardio machine to the next for 1-2 hours your body is going to know that’s what it’s doing and yield minimum results.
That’s why I started my small group sessions, so I can stop people from wasting their time and energy in the gym.
Just 2-3 45 minute sessions are enough for my workout tribe to see some amazing results.

My sessions aren’t for athletes, they’re for normal people with normal busy lives to allow them to have a bit of fun and get a lot fitter and healthier.
Small group memberships start from £40 a month.

Wednesday 5:30pm NEW GROUP STARTING END OF APRIL
Thursday 7:20am NEW GROUP STARTING END OF APRIL
Thursday 6:30pm 1 SPACE
Friday 8:30am 1 SPACE
