Now we are back into full swing!
The gyms are definitely busier, people are running/cycling/walking more. It’s great!
It’s even getting a little bit lighter during the days.
I’m lucky to work with some pretty amazing people week in week out.
Inspiring people who in the face of stress, serious illness, relationship problems, job problems, financial problems keep coming in to train, keep eating healthy.
It is inspiring – when something goes wrong usually the first thing to go is healthy eating and/or exercise routine. 
This is so wrong as this is when it becomes even more important! 
Being fitter and healthier will allow you to cope with all of the above a hell of a lot better.
