Fancy A Sweet Treat This Weekend?

I and most of my clients are most likely to go wrong on the weekend.
Many people eat well in the week, everything is nice and structured but then when the free and open time of the weekend comes all hell breaks loose!
Pizza, ice cream, chocolate, bread, bread, crisps and bread!
Come Monday morning, feel a bit sluggish and rubbish and jump back on the healthy bandwagon for 4-5 days and then do it all over again.
Sound familiar?
I thought I’d share the sweet love today with a little recipe I cam across in a fitness magazine. I made them a few weeks ago and they were really good.
So if you want something to combat sweet cravings, give it a try, it’s simple to make.
Frozen Yoghurt Raspberry Squares
Ingredients:
1/2 a large tub of full fat Greek yoghurt
150g raspberries
1 tbsp honey (optional)
2 tbsp coconut oil melted
1 tbsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp cacao nibs
50g of nuts of your choice
Method:
1. Place all ingredients into a blender and whizz it up
2. Spread the mixture onto a small baking tray and pop it in the freezer
3. Patiently wait 2-4 hours, cut into squares and enjoy
You can get about 8 mini squares out of it and they’re really good.
Give it a shot this weekend and see if it stops you reaching out for the real bad stuff.
