Morning!

I’m in a jolly good mood today. I’m working today and tomorrow and then off to Amsterdam for the weekend which should be fun (apart from the marathon I’m running there on Sunday), also work is great, had some awesome new clients starting with me the last few weeks on their health and fitness journey.

So far so good.

Also due to some sneaky strategies by myself our little fitness family (email followers, blog followers and social media) has become not so little! I would like to welcome all of you new people to our little community of like minded people who are all trying to do just a little bit better with certain aspects of your lives.

I know most of you know all about me and what I do (so I’ll try not to bore you!) but I’m going to just briefly explain to the newbies so they know how all this works!

My Role:

Provide exceptionally fun, knowledgeable and useable emails/blog posts 2-3 times a week 😉

Your Role:

To read what you’re interested in and delete what you’re not interested in

Also one of your roles is to act upon what you have learnt, I really do try and help people as much as possible with these emails so if you have no intention of acting upon them then maybe we aren’t the right fit for each other.

I like to think that I would easily be able to work with my online followers on a one-one/personal basis if it was possible as you hopefully buy into my way of thinking. If you don’t then just click that unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email and I won’t bother you again.
