Are You Heading In The Right Direction?

Hey there,
Friday morning again.
What have you got planned for this weekend?
I’ve had a really busy few months so I’ve got a nice relaxing weekend at home to look forward to. Nice food, good bit of exercise and seeing family and friends. 
Anyway back on track, the aim of these emails is to hopefully get you thinking about things.
Are You Heading In the Right Direction?
I’m not talking just about exercise, I’m talking everything.
Are you where you want to be in life and do your actions bring you closer or further away from that?
If you want a better job are you making steps to make that happen?
If you want to be 2 stone lighter does your diet and habits make that likely?
If you want to be healthier and less prone to illness do you look after your body?
If you want to be fitter are you exercising enough?
We all want to be fitter, healthier, richer etc etc
The ones who do get to where they want to be work for it.
Try to make sure that you’re doing something every day/week/month which is getting you closer to where you want to be.

PS Over the next few months I’m going to be making some big and scary changes to my business! It’s super exciting though and if it goes well could change my life drastically for the better.

I believe in life there are two type of people:
1. Those who are happy to coast along
2. Those who want that bit more, risk takers who want to make a difference
There’s no right or wrong.
