Weekly Meal Plan


How did last week go?

I hope you aren’t aching too much and have enjoyed it.

So what’s in store this week?

Well similar to last week you have enough a lot to do with regards to your eating and your exercising.

But I don’t just want to tell you what exercises to do or what to eat, I want to teach you.

I want you to get much more out of this experience than just a smaller waist line.

So this week I’ve got some extra info for you to help you learn how to be as fit and healthy as possible:

Also I want to quickly talk to you about Mindset


Sticking to an exercise plan isn’t all about your fitness or your diet, mindset plays a massive part.

Simply put if you don’t want to do something you aren’t really going to stick to it.

You could have all the potential in the world to be successful but without the right mindset you are likely to fail. I’m sure you can all think of a sporting example, or maybe just someone you know who had all the ability and talent but due to their attitude, they failed.

So is your mindset just something you are born with?

No, your mindset can be trained, just like your muscles can. So if you are worried that you may not have the mental commitment to do this then don’t worry. When you finish training with me you should have the right mindset to eventually go away and keep on succeeding all on your own.

The first thing we need is positivity, the fact that you have begun training with me shows that you have an inner drive to succeed and make positive changes, even if you feel you can’t do it on your own yet. I know I’m not going to be with you in the gym but I shall support you as much as possible throughout. In order to successfully train your mindset you need to be in the right environment.

I’m going to talk to you briefly about something called environmental screening.

What this means is, removing yourself away from all negative influences in your life.

Spending hours and hours in front of the TV or on social networking sites on the internet can tune your mind into the wrong things. Try not to do it for hours just before bed, try unwinding with a bit of light reading before bed.

So try and have a think about the things in your life which are holding you back from being who you want to be, and see what changes you could make to combat this.
